I have been trapped in self-destructive thought for most of my adult life. As a result, I have battled with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, anger, and co-dependency. Drawing from my experiences in therapeutic settings, and from my research of countless meditation methods and decades of studying psychospiritual literature, I have developed a daily practice that has allowed me to live an authentic life free from the debilitating mental and emotional loop that had owned me. I would like to teach you this practice.
The No Thought No Problem practice can free you of the thing that produces and keeps you trapped in self-destructive thought: Your mind. Your mind wants all of your focus, all of the time. Every second of every day. The gift of this practice is that separation from the repetitive movement of your mind can become part of your existence. My initial daily practice of this meditation provided a relief that often brought me tears of joy. My self-worth and self-love that were lost in my early adulthood resurfaced, and with continued practice have flourished.
The basic premise is this: The mind is the world’s greatest computer and movie theater all in one. But, do you use the computer or does it use you? Do you live in the theater watching the same film, Ad infinitum? Your focus is the deciding factor. The No Thought No Problem meditation practice gives you the power to take responsibility for your focus, leave the toxic relationship you have with your mind, and discover who you are beyond your identification with your thoughts - your authentic self.
It is a practice that takes only 20 minutes a day. (Consider how much time you spend lost in debilitating thoughts or looking at a screen each day).
My fee is nominal, $50 for a one hour session. The No Thought No Problem meditation practice is taught in the first session. Retention sessions with instruction on addressing feelings that surface with the practice are encouraged.
How do you want to live the rest of your life? In a peaceful existence? Or stuck in a cycle of destructive thinking and painful emotions?

My Experience
“No kid thinks as much as I do”
This revelation occured to me one summer afternoon at age 12. I remember, vividly, sitting on a swing on the farm where I was raised in west central Minnesota. I had very little social stimulation during my boyhood and as a result I spent much of my time living in my imagination. This was not a problem at the time but it gave my mind’s control over my focus a head start. As I grew older painful experiences in various forms of relationship began to shape the toxic story in my head while my mind’s power over me gained momentum.
Now I understand that I was slowly becoming addicted to the repetitive patterns of thought that were reinforced by painful emotions. I became wholly identified with my thoughts and by early adulthood I had lost all knowledge of who I was beyond the movement of my mind. I didn't understand this at the time. I didn't consider it.
In my early 30s the pain from living fully in my head led me to substance addiction as well as addiction to relationships - co-dependency. I struggled for literally decades, and tried to get help any way I could imagine. I went through 10 treatments, 400 therapy sessions, 4 psychiatric hospital stays, and over 1000 12 step meetings. If said I gained something from each of these experiences I would be lying. Usually, after a treatment, therapy visit, or meeting, I would feel better, but only for a few hours or days.
The techniques I teach have helped me overcome several afflictions that are caused by the trap of repetitive, destructive thinking. Some of these include:
Depression
Anxiety/Worry
Co-dependency
Self-Loathing
Fear of death
Inferiority
Self-doubt
Anger
Lack of Attention
Low Productivity
If you struggle with these issues, you are not alone. Schedule time with me and let me help free you from the thoughts that create these afflictions. Click on the contact bar to schedule time with me, in person or in a Zoom meeting.
